Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026
Template notice: This is a starting-point template, not a finished legal document. It must be reviewed and finalized by qualified legal counsel licensed in every jurisdiction where AnchorX operates before publication — especially for GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and any AML/KYC data-retention rules that apply to a regulated financial services business.

1. Information We Collect

When you register for or use the AnchorX platform, we collect information you provide directly, including firm and contact details, institutional documentation submitted for KYB/AML review, transaction records, and communications with our team.

We also automatically collect certain technical information, such as IP address, device and browser information, and platform usage logs, for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

2. How We Use Information

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal or institutional data. We may share information with service providers who support our operations (e.g. KYB verification providers, banking partners, cloud infrastructure), regulators and law enforcement where legally required, and successors in the event of a merger or acquisition.

4. Data Retention

We retain KYB/AML records and transaction data for the period required by applicable financial services regulation, which is typically five to seven years after account closure, and longer if required by law or an active legal matter.

5. Data Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage institutions to enable two-factor authentication and to safeguard their own credentials.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, subject to our regulatory retention obligations. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@anchorx.io.
