Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026
Template notice: This is a starting-point template, not a finished legal document. Terms of service for a custody/trading platform carry significant liability exposure and must be drafted or reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication, tailored to your actual licensing, jurisdiction, and regulatory status.

1. Eligibility

Access to the AnchorX platform is limited to institutional counterparties that complete our onboarding and KYB/AML review process and are approved at AnchorX's sole discretion. AnchorX does not offer services to retail consumers.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and two-factor authentication devices, and for all activity conducted under your account. Notify us immediately at security@anchorx.io of any suspected unauthorized access.

3. Trading and Settlement

Quotes provided through the RFQ system are indicative until accepted and may expire or be revised based on market conditions. Once a quote is accepted, the resulting trade is binding and will be settled against your custody balance. AnchorX is not liable for losses arising from market volatility between quote generation and acceptance.

4. Custody and Withdrawals

Digital asset and wire withdrawal instructions are irrevocable once broadcast or transmitted, are subject to compliance review, and may be delayed or declined at AnchorX's discretion for AML, sanctions, or fraud-prevention purposes. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of destination addresses and bank details you provide.

5. Credit and Margin

Any credit line extended is subject to the margin requirements and terms communicated to you separately. AnchorX may adjust margin requirements, reduce credit lines, or require additional collateral at its discretion, particularly in periods of elevated market volatility.

6. Fees

Fees applicable to your account are as disclosed separately by your Relationship Manager or in your account agreement and may be updated with notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnchorX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including losses from market movements, third-party network failures, or force majeure events.

8. Termination

AnchorX may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud or illicit activity, or regulatory requirement. You may close your account at any time, subject to settlement of open positions and outstanding obligations.

9. Governing Law

[Governing law and jurisdiction to be specified based on AnchorX's actual entity structure and licensing — to be completed by counsel.]
